But hes english is so smooth theres no way hes from germany, so id guess the .de extention is for deception only to lead the victim to the wrong tracks

No the issue is still the same. I guess mods are pretty busy with other important works. I don't know if anyone investigated it if his account was really hacked or it is just a trick to scam me and still stay at BHW.

well I could have done it but the thing is I thought it was a paypal temp hold on funds.. I didn't assumed it ll be reversed.
and the other thing it is not as easy to change the passwords of 500 Youtube accounts instantly without a bot.
