Black Hat Press Release Stratigy

I am taking on the monumental task this month of trying to master the press release. Who has used this for PR or Marketing before?

1) Where can I find a program to write my Press Release for me??

2) How do I bypass the membership on sites like PRweb and MarketWire.

3) What have you used that has worked?

From my experience it is not easy to get a press release accepted by the good sites without making modifications to it.
It must not look like an advertisement, needs to be professional written.
Correct length and informative content.

Each of the PR sites had their own wishes and requirements, one required me to change title. The next asked for a passage to be removed. Next one said there is a grammar error inside and so on.

It took me some time to get proper press releases finished and accepted, so automating the whole process will probably lead into many unreleased PR's because they all need handwork done.
