Not funny at all. Disgusting and truly a shame but not funny.
I think it's a bit of slang and a bit of ebonics. Seen the word "yall" (should be written "y'all") so a little southern talk is thrown in.
Like many people who speak two different languages, there are people who can speak/write both "poor" English as well as proper English.
Therefore, it is possible that those people actually made it through school.
