Bl0gger/Tumblr redirect creator,.. ubot?

I need coder who can put together simple ubot etc. automated platform bot that would create bl0gger.com accounts from existing gmail accounts, and make redirects..
same for tumblr.com, just would create tumblr accounts from scratch and would support decapther.
