I don't know of any way to change the bitly link destination itself, although if you owned "Google.com" (assuming that's how you're referring to your websites) and you wanted to direct to "Yahoo.com" several days later, you can put a 301 (permanent) or 302 (temporary) redirecting script on "Google.com" to direct to "Yahoo.com". This probably wasn't the answer you were looking for, but it was the best I could think of right now.

I have had a struggle with this myself.
Best is, find a short domain of your own, install a wordpress.
You will find a plugin named "Short Url" developed by SedLex.
This guy deserves a credit for this free plugin.
The tool is rock solid and easy to manage.
    Hope I helped.

Make your own static page, and point the bit.ly link to that. Then, simply 301 the page to google.com, changing the redirect when necessary.

    buy a domain
    go to your dns settings
    enter a url redirect

You don't even need to buy hosting, for example in namecheap:

using jump.mydomain.com would create a 301 redirect to google and you don't need to setup hosting, modify the nameservers, or anything like that.

Reason for edit: I thought I knew one, but when I put the link on here it was cancelled out so I guess there is a problem with the site.
