I don't think BTC will go anywhere. Might be wise to add BTC to a fully diversified portfolio rather than looking for a bottom. The technology is still super early days and there is a lot of very exciting things in the works.
"Isn't going well" is a very relative to each individual.
Someone who just got in the market may be walking on clouds. On the flip side, those who invested near the highs in 2017 are rekt and feel the market sucks until it reaches their buy point again.
As for a lot of investors withdrawn their money, I do think this is true. A lot of people got burned badly in 2018. Billions of dollars lost by impatient investors who sold for huge losses. They were incredibly frustrated and pulled their money out.
Where we at now? Very little new money is being pumped into the market. So if you think about it that way, it's basically the same people trading with each other, over and over. And until there is a new wave of buyers who bring new money to the game, it's likely to remain fairly stagnant.
You may like or not but crypto is not going anywhere. Crypto will be big in the future. Right now in my country, there are banks that has bitcoin atms and one of the biggest remittance company is partnered with ripple and another remittance company from another country to replace swift with ripple.
Been buying since 4k and have my game plan to buy until 2.5k. I'm pretty sure we wont see bitcoin go below 2k. Since i'm buying to hold it long term i'm not really worried since i can see crypto being huge in 5-10 years.
Its never time to buy...you cant cage a snake and expect it wont try to bite you. Bitcoin trading is worse than forex trading in my opinion...much more unpredictable. Except you have a reliable hedging strategy, you are going to bite your fingers pretty soon
Some coins have been going absolutely nuts lately. Ravencoin and BNB with especially ridiculous returns. LTC also solid. That's a bummer as I was hoping to scoop up more on ridiculous lows.
