I havent been sleeping, insomnia sucks.

I swear i had the strangest night the other night where i was still awake but dreaming (theres a word for it)

I was lying in bed and the duvet flew back and something started touching me obviously me being me i was laughing then some creature started running around the bedroom. Quite a fast creature and invisible.
If you have watched Paranormal activity quite similar lol

NO IM NOT GOING CRAZY THIS IS LACK OF SLEEP LOL I OBVIOUSLY KNEW IT WASNT REAL LOL

Anyway you dont wanna go for days without sleep i havent slept proper now in 2weeks. Sleep deprivation ftw especially when you start seeing and hearing shit lol

    :)

Dude, I know what it's like, didn't sleep for a week ++ (lost count) three years ago >.< Also, being only 13 they couldn't give me sleeping pills or anything...

Anywho, the best cure for insomnia is a good night sleep ;)

Good luck, and get well :)

    HaRRO - Night Terrors,

had it 6 months back. Happened every night for 3 weeks straight. felt awake, but couldnt move or speak / scream. Really worrying at first - but by the 3rd week i was actually starting to enjoy it - and thats when they stopped

Whenever I can't sleep, I do this little exercise:

    Code:
    http://www.dreamviews.com/community/showthread.php?t=24607
It helps my dumbass fall asleep.

Just read the "Reverse Blinking" part.

It works so well, can easily be sold as insomnia relief.

i get sleep paralysis all the time. scary shit. you can't move, you can't talk, you see shit in the room moving around too. the only way not to have it is sleep on your side. for some reason i only get it when i sleep on my back. lucid dreaming is cool but the sleep paralysis part sucks!

you should take a break and recover, lack of sleep can cause lots of problems, generally you should recover at least half of the time you didn`t slept for your body to recover properly, the brain can`t be cheated when it comes to sleep
