Bio and Post/Followers/Following numbers disappearing

I tried searching but couldn't find anyone writing about this problem.

After a while of using Instagram when I go to anyone's profile, there are no numbers for Post/Followers/Following and Bio is also hidden.

I can see everything else on profile - username, profile pic, posts.. I even see all users on followers/following lists, I just don't see total count number.
I can also like posts and follow people.

I haven't got any notifications or warnings

After 15-30 minutes, sometimes an hour, everything is fine again and I can see all that previously missing info.

This repeats several times a day

Anyone had a similar issue? Is there any solution to this?

Update on this, if I try to use Chrome on my phone or even on my desktop computer to go to Instagram, I can do that for a few moments and then when I try to enter someone's profile I get Error "Please wait a few minutes before you try again."

I was suspecting that it limits me because I am going to a lot of profiles and following a lot of people, but I have never got that infamous message that certain actions on my profile are limited for a while or whatever it says. It seams that Instagram just silently hides some features for a while
