Good Evening,

I would like to know whether the Bing Ads coupon is a 1 time use coupon like the Adwords coupons, or could we use it multiple times?

You can use it only 1 time.

the coupon is valid only for single use

You can use a coupon 1 time like you would on adwords. BUT.... you can add more than 1 coupon IF you have the right coupons. So its possible to add more than 1 coupon to the same account.
