I've been noticing on other blogs that people are complaining that Yahoo/Bing is cracking down on accounts similar to what Google did a few years ago. Can anyone confirm this?

I know they are making it difficult to start a new campaign with a new account. They like to site "suspicious financing" but fail to explain what that means.

does anyone know safe way to make account with adcenter? i've tried but all of them get suspended after 1 hour.
