Just in case some have not seen the video, Bing is attacking Google in a new ad on Scroogled.com. Basically, Bing calls it like it is. Google's paid shopping results are thin and products overpriced because of limited competition.

Thumbs up on this one from Bing. :D Catch their other vids at: http://scroogled.com

Warning! This thread will likely turn to shit from dumb ass comments from Matt Cutts' disciples, shareholders or just plain dumb asses.

Oh, Snap! Bing is ready to pick up a fight. The video was pretty funny and sharp. Would love to see what Google has to answer this.

G is scared of Amazon I read a few months back. Once people see search results they will go to A directly. G is like the scrooge and Bing seems to be the cool uncle or whatever.

So fricking happy to see Microsoft on Google's ass. If anyone has the capital, technology and incentive to crush Google it's Microsoft. Every time I see Bing's ad on TV I laugh my ass off.

I just had Google call the store today asking me to purchase ads on Google shopping. I told the nice lady on the phone no problem, just as soon as you take the penalty off my site that you tossed on it from some backlink you don't like, I'll consider purchasing adwords. Who knows I might even allow adsense back on my sites that I removed after you screwed me.

She must of heard all this shit before though because she had all the canned answers. New disavow tool, yada yada yada. I told her I didn't break the site, you did and when you did, I yanked adsense off all my sites. Sure I miss the $600 a month I used to get but I sleep good knowing it's costing Google at least 3 times that amount every month. I can't be partners with a partner is just fuking me left and right. Have a nice day and don't call again until you fix what you broke.

Get them Microsoft and bring them to their knees (I never thought in a million years I'd ever support MS but Google needs its ass kicked)

The only sad part is that Bing is almost nowhere on the map, in terms of sending traffic.

For those rejoicing, sure, at this point Microsoft may be the lesser evil. But don't think for one second that they wouldn't pull the same shit Google does, if they were in the same position. It's a for-profit company, they have to answer to shareholder just like Google.

This sort of marketing effort for Microsoft works great on people like us who are in the know (although a bit of a devolution from the "Bing it On" challenge, IMO). That being said, to Joe and Sally Web Surfer, it sort of makes Bing look like the whiny runt who gets their ice cream cone taken away from them during lunch period and rubbed into their hair, followed by a swift kick in the ass.

    Just sayin'...

I just love the concept of Scroogled, its great. Google is of course is of course the epitome of a hypocrite. Course Id monetize as much as I could, if I owned the company, but its just funny because they always pull the "we are better then thou" attitude because of others trying to make money by gaming the serps, yet they kick out value and competition in the name of making a buck.

Can't blame them, but really they are just as black hat (defining blackhat as acting with making money as a more important value then providing actual value to the customer) as all of us here.

How about they respond by stopping the selling of those results...

Bing by itself no... bing powered search does send a lot. As much as Google if you know what you're doing.
