guys am working as an affiliate in health niche, its an online pharmacy,non controlled substance am worried is bing or fb allow pharmacy traffic, I tried 7search ppc but its all crap traffic, not a single conversion.what do you say guys?

Wouldn't it be better if you read it yourself instead of having some other random person telling you what they accept or not? https://advertise.bingads.microsoft.com/en-us/resources/bing-ads-policies

Nor can't you do the same, as running online pharmacy campaign on BingAds as well google AdWords is only possible when you're a legitimate pharmacy with all kinds of licenses and approvals.
Try other traffic buying platforms, and do partnerships with them there are many who work on commission per sale basis.

tech support and pharmacy are the industry where you license from parent company to run ad.

for example, for Norton bing ad you need to be authorized partner of Norton with license number from Norton
