Same shit happened to me, this guy is scamming under bhw noses and trying to make it seem he is just a bing account seller (this deal he offers for bing is terrible anyways, so it makes him look legit)
You can see he doesn't mention about google ads selling thread here on BHW, and it's because he is trying to lure people in and make himself look reputable with the bing selling when he's not at all.

If someone messages you to check this guy out about his google ad words or credit accounts, confirm with him on site.
I tried purchasing from him but once I tried to confirm with him on-site he refused, it feels like he is trying to act like he is a reputable seller (because he sells the bing accounts) and try to deceive people that he is reputable in all services he does.

He tried to sell me $1k balance threshold google ad account for $199, but once I tried to confirm on site in PM he refused to deal with me. Seems like he does this to others as well.
