Binance Will Be Banned in India?

I would advise you to post all this in a single post instead of multiple posts as this would be considered spamming, and to answer your question, Withdrawing funds doesn't have anything related to URL blocking I believe you can just withdraw to any of the crypto address from Binance as usual and P2P option would always be there, There is no way to stop that you can always sell using P2P and get funds via UPI or any preferred payment method, and Coinbase Exchange has already stopped services in India.
Thanks dude appreciated

I don't know why are they even bothering. As long as p2p exists they can't do shit. Just massaging their ego by banning these exchanges.

India is going to the Same Direction many countries in Asia are going currently. and thats complete Ban of the Crypto Market.
Which in my opinion is wrong because its basically the desire to control the people's money

I had kept my funds in Binance for staking but now considering the situation I will be withdrawing all my funds today to my trust wallet, can't take the risk I will wait till the situation cools down

It won't be banned yet
Also your wallet don't support all those coins
Unless you will convert everything to usdt or btc...
Are you waiting for ban to happen so that funds get stuck?

Be careful which VPN you use, if you don't want to lose, avoid making others lose, so quality tools and everything will be fine.

I think in the world maybe. Please correct me if i am wrong

go with trust wallet or metamask. even if goverment ban it you can use those wallets

If they try to ban Binance website from opening, then people can just use mobile app or VPN.

Are we now discussing Binance in India, or has the conversation moved to other Legal Entities?
I would get the shit out of there.
My main Crypto wallet is Binance, but - Even in Europe, they want to get rid of them. But here is just 1 License in any country enough to serve all Countries.
That's why you see Sc***** äh... good reputable institutions or at least with a Licence like NAGA in Cyprus.
In the "German Headquarters," 1 Person is working; I'm unsure if it's a redirect.
But that's a different topic. My lawyer handled it because they removed, in my case (no reputational opinion), wins I made due to day trading, which I recorded (Excelsheets, screenshots, etc.). And when it came to the Cashout, they wanted to cash me out the money I had charged.
FYI: I made 10x in a very short period. Even though I was KYC verified and everything, I had daily trouble.
Long Story Short: Please be careful!

I'm a bit worried about Binance in General, like that App.

And if your Acc is old enough, don't worry about VPN or any Bans, etc. (My experience!)
I can even normally log in to Binance (Central EU) with a VPN from Zimbabwe; nobody cares, and the same goes for the support.

VPN alone is not enough in most cases - if they are implementing advanced protection. You have a lot of other things you might know, like WebTRC, Cookies, Browser History, Canva Fingerprint, and general Footprint - even JavaScript enabled can bust you.
But I guess India is bright enough to follow the regulatory requirements and let people trade.

Same with Paxful, not allowed in the US - but you see in the Trading Section almost US People.

Kind regards
zotix

Other governments simply smelled easy money after seeing US financial regulator got $4B from Binance.

Why print paper money if can bully crypto exchanges.

Their would be methods to operate and p2p channels are more secured now

Financial Intelligence Unit, India (FIU-IND) – the national co-ordinating agency against money laundering, and terror financing – has recommended blocking the URLs of nine crypto entities, including Binance on the grounds of non compliance to the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act (PMLA).

Apart from Binance, the other eight entities are – KuCoin, Huobi, Kraken, Gate.io, Bittrex, Bitstamp, MEXC Global, Bitfinex

What should I do Should I Remove my Crypto From Binance?
Use Indian Exchanges To Trade For Some Time

What about using it through VPN or something that bypass the country. I think that would solve the problem.

Crypto has become a threat to a lot of government. But do you know what? I like it.

This is what it should work, to unusual tax.
My thoughts exactly
