This happened because of customer may raised ticket to hold the amount, your customer might raised scam happened ticket with binance support, Otherwise Crypto comes from Blacklisted Exchanges, check the network if any suspicious activity on chain if no then your fund will be unfreeze very soon after you raised ticket with Binance CS

Absolutely not. A wallet that doesn't even provide a hash code to the customer isn't really theirs. Besides, they constantly close accounts and restrict transactions. I don't think they're anonymous anymore either.

This happens frequently and it usually takes a few days to process and get your account back. You can then withdraw your money.

I've experienced something similar before. It's usually just a risk/compliance review, so the transaction is temporarily held. In my case, the funds were released after a few days.
