that and what this writer does not see a specific calucladora for that, what does that mean winner 3.8% of 1000 eos in 7 days?

3.80% in a year from 1000 eos means 38 eos a year. Divide that by 365 days in a year and you get 38/365 = 0.10410958 a day. A week has 7 days which means 7*0.10410958 = 0.72876712 eos a week.

if you want to stake there are better oppotunities in my opinion, try DOT for example
