Billing a cell phone number

    Im looking on information on how i can bill cell phones.Such as user opts in for free horoscope but they consent for a joke a week which charges their cell phone 19.99 a month.how could i go about doing this?

    Sign up for a CPA network like AdscendMedia, they have a bunch of those offers premade you just have the person sign up under your affiliate ID

    You're looking for an SMS Payment Gateway, they take up to 50% and are generally only good for amounts of $10 or less.

    True. I dont know any names off the top of my head, simply Google "mobile billing" or "sms billing. While the amounts for single transactions are usually limited to $5 or $10, it is definitely possible to set up a daily SMS that costs, say $1, which makes $30 a month for the subscription, if you are going to make some daily content such as daily jokes, horoscopes, etc.

    These companies do, however, take a large share of the charge, up to 50%. Furthermore, depending on the carrier and country, it can take 2-3 months before you get paid, because they have to collect the money from the carrier, then process it and send it to you.
