You have probably heard all of this channels jinkiestv, soflocomedy etc. the only thing they do is er upload videos put their own intros in it and make sh*t ton amount of money i mean this soflo guy drives a tesla. Now i am curious how is it possible for him to reupload videos and not get flagged or something
(there are even stories of creators talking about how he is just stealing the videos and not even give credit to them)
so how is this possible for them ?

They could be downloading the videos, using a basic editor and adding their intros etc and then re uploading them to their channel.
Quite easy to do and free

Because they have too big of an audience youtube doesn't want to get rid of them..

That's why it's best to buy accounts because you can do whatever you want once you have audience

This is what he said in Original Post.

Probably has some form of permission from the original uploader, decent marketing

    Hey mate,

According to me if anyone use a video which has already uploaded on youtube so it may be creative commons video to remix the different video so it will not get banned but if youtube has a license about particular video and they have a copyright of that video too than it will be no problem at all.

    Hope this helps.

Yeah they use a video submission where the creator gives away monetisation rights so they can gain more subscribers

There are a few sites that sell "viral" ready videos. Some of them are good, but the quality of the videos suffer and these rare "viral" gems are scarce to find. At the point of marketing someone else's video as my own, I'd rather just make my own damn video. At the very least I know that if I am going to be spending cash to promote it, it will be worth every last penny I drop on it.

Copying videos gotta be the easiest task ever for every youtube persona...But i guess for long term and establishing your channel, quality is the key.

Most of time youtube wont find if you alter videos intro and some stuffs and then reupload the video then youtube's automated system wont hit you with the copyright hammer !

It could a possibility that original uploader didn't claim for copyrights or they have some permissions etc. But most probably, they are using an editing software.

The answer is very simple dude! they are editing these videos. If anyone have copyrights, can sue them in cyber courts. Do you want to do same? :p

It may not necessarily be the case that they are re uploading those videos against the author's will. They may very well be offering some commission.
