BIG seo consulting

Hallo,
I'm here now since quite a couple of months, and i actually learned more on this forum than i actually did before, thats maybe because i love internet marketing more than anything else and i want to spend my time by only doing what i really love to do.
i really learned a lot about sep and affiliate marketing. in the future i am expecting to do a local business, but there is a big BUT , I am not into the BIG SEO still. I always read about some big seo some of you guys are doing , and i don't want to start my own business without be totally aware of doing the BIG sep.
i do all my seo manually and i only optimized small pages, and i don't think ranking bigger sites is possible by doing it manually.
so i am looking for someone who could help me getting into some more professional sep.
i know this kind of thread might be posted here very often. but i am totally out of plan !
i would also be ok with paying someone for its consulting our do a JV over here in austria/germany, build up a local business, as i know a lot of people doing big business over here.

i didn't know where to put this thread into, so i just posted it into the blackhat sep section.
i also don't know if this thread goes along with the forum rules, and i am very sorry if they don't.

This sentence tells a lot about your knowledge of SEO. First of all, you need to understand that ranking "bigger sites" or "bigger keywords" is much more about manual work than ranking a small site and small keywords.

With "small site", you can use a simple set of tool or even buy a single service from BHW and rank top 5. However, for big sites, and big keywords, there's lot of manual work to be done, and it's about much more than just building links...
