Hey everyone,
this is my first post here =D

Last night i thought over and i got a good idea.
But my problem is that it's very hard to release it, cause i first need trusted persons. No one will sign up and use this useful site ( it will be for free)
But there already have to be members that can trust otherm embers or have reviews. This will be whitehat and won't run as blackhat.
So how to get these people?

Vicktim is right. You weren't too clear.
Sounds like you want to have a fake member base to attract other legit members?

If you are the admin then why don't you just ad a number of people to the user database so it looks like there are alot of active people?

Some more information such as site URL might be helpful. If it is a useful service some BWH members might join, and there you go with an initial real quality member base.

I don't have a URL yet. And i don't want to fake. It should be WH.
It only works in my country . or other Eu countries .. dunno.
But how can i start a system that bases on trusting and reviews from user to user?

Creating fake members isn't blackhat at all. Many people use this method to get their site on a roll.
