BIG price difference in iphone between usa and third world countries

    i was gonna buy an iphone lately , i was told it would cost me around 500$ here in india , now when i saw the actual price on web site it was $199 or something like that , my question is since there is huge difference between gadget`s prices between usa and here , wouldn`t it be wise if i just ordered iphone online and get it shipped here , same for other stuffs coz shipping would cost lot less
    (at least it wont reach $500 !!)
    what do you think about this , is it possible or i am gonna face some trouble...:confused:

    It's 190 with a contract with a mobile company , the real difference is about 50-100$$

    That price is available only if you tie a contract with a mobile company , so basically , you would have to pay like 30-40$ per month in two years.

    Actually, its more expensive than in other places. 500$ is cheap tbh.
