Post up your best chili recipe. Mine is pretty straight forward. 1. I use steak. Chop it up into fairly small pieces and fry them up. 2. I get dry beans and boil them to my liking. Just some salt and pepper to season these. 3. I get a ton of fresh garden tomatoes and do 2 things with them. -a. I run a bunch of them through a chopper to make them about a salsa consistency. -b. I chop a good amount up into dices the same size as my steak pieces. 4. Depending who i'm serving I will get some garden peppers. The spice level will range from very mild to 'what the fuck is in this?". 5. Dice the peppers along with some onions. 6. Add spices to your taste. I prefer to throw in a bit of brown sugar, some of my favorite beer, and a pinch of BBQ sauce. 7. Throw it all in a big pot and set on low. Let it cook all day to bring out the flavor. 8. Enjoy the sweet and spicy garden fresh taste of heaven.
