BHW Policy!

Hi,
one of the rules at BHW is, if a products is from a fellow member it can'T be share here without the agreement of the ''genitor'' Problem is BHW page and index quickly in google, i've see many member registering here only to avoid their products being spread by BHW members.

IT's the only 1-2 post they ever made here, and probably wont ever post again, until one of their products is on BHW.

I'm asking Diamond_Dave or any other Admin or mods if the rules apply to them also...

Yes, if they are the Copyright holder, then they have every right to request that we do not allow their software to be shared; even if it's only their first post. We have to abide by the law, or we get C&D letters in the mail and could be forced to shut down or move hosts again.

Also, in regards to the rules:

20 - Public Forum Complaints - Public posts debating or complaining about our rules, or an Administrator's or Moderator's enforcement of such rules, will be removed without notice. Repeat offenses can result in an infraction or even a ban. We encourage feedback/suggestions and invite you to use the Feedback section for such things, or simply send a PM to an Administrator or Moderator if you have any questions or concerns.
