A lot of the web 2.0's are switching over to nofollow (well several of the ones that weren't already implementing it sitewide for user generated content)...def double check before putting a hole in your Link Wheel or w.e you're doing...I just had to go back through and replace a bunch of properties for several of my older projects because of this...Wheels w/ broken spokes don't turn well.

If you are making these web 2.0's as landing pages rather than links, I'd stick with wordpress, blogspot, squidoo types of sites...

Honestly your best bet is to build your own list...put together some footprints, or find out common footprints from searching forums like BHW for these types of sites and just scrape your own list w/ SB. Any lists you get from other people are probably already spammed to hell for the most part. For outer tiers these saturated lists aren't awful, but still good to have your own "unique" list...

It won't be hard to find footprints to use in SB, for example: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/black-hat-seo/425142-wiki-sites-footprint.html (Wiki Footprint)

Exactly. Certain types of websites use similar "elements" throughout their site, such as the Wiki example. You'll notice similar sayings and link structures, trademarks of the CMS, etc...these allow you to find those types of sites easily with software like SB...

SB is scrapebox...It's a versatile software for all kinds of automated SEO tasks...You can "scrape" proxies, scrape content, post mass comments for backlinks automatically, and a million other things w/ it...

Hell yeah bro please regurgitate things you read somewhere else w/ no personal experience on the topic..."Link wheels" are still efficient if done correctly, but I'm sure you're already an expert about hiding footprints and building effective link profiles...lmao. No, making an obvious circular link structure of web 2.0 properties linking to each other and to the money site is not the best strategy and is obviously a giant footprint...But passing juice between your outer tiers by interlinking them in a non discrete way (varying contextual and image links, changing the structure of the URL's and varying anchor text, linking to inner pages of bigger web 2.0's rather than only the home pages, avoiding obvious connections like excessively interlinking outer tiers in similar patterns, diversifying CMS', diversifying the types of properties, and not making 20,000 links with the same article spun into retardation all linking together, etc) can make these properties stronger...I guess the term "wheel" might no longer be a good description, but the principles are very similar.
