A hostel in Barcelona for 10 Euro is very hard to find. I lived one month in Valencia and under 15 Euro nothing was posible.

In winter. I can imagine that this hostel for 10 ? is not so good.How long will you live in Barcelona?. If longer I would recommend you to rent an apartment on the beach. 1 month in the winter costs so the 400-500 Euro.
