Try this combo within the first few seconds after the logo appears: ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A

This took me right back to my childhood and doing combos on the ps1

I just read through that thread - I think OP misunderstood why there are fewer police complaints, it's not because the police act in a more reasonable manner with body cameras, it's because the public know they are there and stop making unjustified complaints.
