bhw issue with vfemailnet

I am using vfemail as email address
since long time no issue with email delivery
but last 4 days I am always seeing issue that bhw is unable to send me email
even if I chnage to another vfemail still same issue

Then just change to another email provider.

dont want to,thats email is secure
