wow, that thing was like reading a movie script. Interesting blog but makes we wonder how much of it was actually true. Some pretty hefty numbers being thrown around in that post. If all of it was true Im amazed paypal didn't limit the guys account way before just from suspicious activity alone.

I think my favorite part was the part about the $37 blog app "that lets you scam your way to the top" priceless lol I know blogs can be a powerful part of any seo stradegy but scamming your way to the top with a blog is a little bit of stretch.

as much as i love bhw
i would personally avoid any thread like the plague that says
invest and get back double. just common sense .
if you give your money to a stranger online on that basis you
no the risk is 50/50 u will ever see it back

why people like these dont use common sense. BHW is a big forum with lots of member and that leads to a potential victim, its not fair labeling bhw as a scam forum, stupid noobs i skip reading the blog they deserved to be scam anyway

I am going to add this line to my resume
Christopher knows "how to defraud search engines, trick advertising services, spam forums and exploit social networks in order to make money."

"white hat operates within the law" that must be all the laws enforced by the G.I.P (Global Internet Police)
"White Hats follow rules" rules set forth by the I.C.W. (Internet Court of the World)

    I love this stuff.

As much as this blogger seems "disgruntled," much of what he is saying is actually true.

Common sense people. Who is legitimately going to double your money in just a few months?

I recall the controversial pop singer, Madonna, once being quoted as
saying, "ALL press is good press."

That article will likely result in gaining us MORE members than not.
Regardless, that article is insignificant and carries about as much
power and influence as a fart in a snowstorm (lol). :D

Considering the fact that BHW has become more successful than ever,
we can expect that we will be targeted by haters and negative innuendo.

I am sure that there must be lots of pissed-off people who, for reasons
of their own self-interest, would love to see us crumble. But from the
ongoing daily membership sign-ups we keep getting, it certainly doesn't
look like we are losing the game.

    Cheers! - "Wiz"

I agree. all publicity no matter how negative it is, is still a publicity. It will only heighten the curiosity of all the readers of what kind of place is BHW. Which will eventually leads to registration and also signifies another busy days for mods. :)

Yeah, just like a movie, like its all been scripted. Anyway, it maybe as simple as reputation management to neg seo your competitors, someone's paid someone to post that shit to gain and destroy competition!

I disagree with you on one front.. membership sign-ups by itself doesnt mean anything unless the members are active and treat the forum as a community..

Also, one thing I do agree with the post in question is that some of the negative feedbacks about services/otherwise ARE DELETED and I have had experienced this myself..

and also any JV that says "No Work For You.. Invest in already running business + Bonus" , that means they are after a financial investment and lets face it if you are onto a sure thing and can't get finances from a proper financial institution (which is possible in the current climate) you would offer the opportunity to your closest family and friends. Any JV that JUST requires your money sounds iffy to me. I feel sorry for those that were scammed but it is clear that people didn't carry out due diligence. All JV's carry risk but this sounded dodgy from the off.
