I have a business (career) that I have worked now for 5+ years.
The business model I have developed is impressive as it works well, it's wide open for competition and is in the professional/legal services industry.

The business can be classified as any/all of these terms:

    • Home Based
    • Internet Business
    • Legal Services
    • Investigative Research
    • Information Broker

I spent a considerable amount of money to learn the basics of this business, and since then I have developed my services, targeted various business sectors that I work with, and developed an excellent reputation for the quality of work that I do.

Here's an overview of my work and questions related to it's success:

    My Work

I do investigative research for attorneys and investigators.

    Examples:

    • Background Checks
    • Information related to an event or a person
    • Locate people (Skip Trace) to be served for court
    • Provide Public & non public information relevant to clients cases
    • Provide Credit Information in cases of judgments

    Service Fees:
$50.00-$350.00 (80% of work is $150.00 per service on Average)

Average time per service: 1.2 Hours
Highest Income I have made in an hour: $600.00
Highest Income I have made in a week: $8,500.00
Highest Income I have made in a month: $16,400.00
    Licensing required: No Professional Licensing

When I hear someone say they have a great "Work from Home" business or business idea, like most people I am skeptical, and that's before I hear a half planned & never worked idea that isn't worth the time they took telling me. On the other hand, having a business that you can do from home is always a hot item...especially if it was profitable, legitimate and in a niche market with endless potential even today.

EVERYTHING I AM SAYING can be easily qualified, and I do have records.

    ANY IDEAS?
I'm open to discuss. Thank you for your time

Why selling when you are making good money with the method?

Excellent Question. Because I maintain a small client base, and the potential clients are endless almost. Selling the blueprint wouldn't affect me, if that makes sense.

    a) Create a course that teaches this and sell on Clickbank and similar areas.- If you are interested in this let me know.
    b) Hire people and scale it.

The only thing you should do is: franchising

Read it up, educate yourself, thank me later.

    I'm thinking Franchising as well.

Package it Professionally, Brand it. Sell it for a higher up front fee, retain the Brand profile and get a recurring franchise fee with nationwide expansion possible.

I third the franchising or licensing suggestions. Duct Tape marketing has a this model in place. Also, I think Frank Kern was promoting someone earlier this year with a franchising/licensing model.

A product called, "Million Dollar Licensing" comes to mind. I think Dan Kennedy has a course/info on licensing as well.
