Now come on.. admit it.. during the course of making money or your stay on BHW, you haven't been exercising... or at least I haven't.

Since I started making money online, I spend much more time than needed on a computer. Currently my diet consists of fast food and my room mate puts in movies on the TV all the time no matter how many times he's seen them...

I'm looking for a good diet ( I really don't care about giving up good tasting food, that doesn't bother me ). Also, a good really harsh workout routine would be helpful.

I mean, I can probably come up with a good fat building workout routine myself, but when it comes to diet foods, yeah not my area of expertise and I know nothing about them. Any suggestions?

Whenever I get the feeling that I want to exercise, I just lie down until the feeling goes away. :)

    Bro...Try the "MEDICAL WEIGHT LOSS"...

My wife's boss lost 10 pounds in 2 days with that shit....

It's all about "red meat & veggies".... I guess... dunno?!?!

    ----------------------------------------------------------

I personally eat whatever the fuck I want....
Spend $50 a month on GNC's Mega Men Sport....
Take 1 packet 30 mins before I work out...
Warm up for 10 mins before workout (cardio- running & jogging)
Do a pretty harsh 5 min 200lb bench.. then 15 mins 120-130lb strength training
15 mins midsection- (eliptical works pretty damn good)
    15 mins situps/pushups (15 each)
    10 more mins harsh running...
    5 mins stretching...

    And that's my workout....

I personally lost 20lbs in 25 days, got about 4 inches on my biceps, heavy 6pack, ripped shoulders & calf's.... and it's only been about 25 days !!!

    Good luck bro

I run triathlons. They come in all distances, the ones I do are 300m swim, 14 mi bike and 5k run. Great way to get off your butt! active.com or beginnertriathlete.com for more info.

Also Weight Watchers does wonders! :)

My advice is get a bike and ride it every day for at least an hour. Try to look for hills and climb them on your bike. You will get in shape quick if you do it every day or at least every other day.... or

you can try the ACAI diet I can send you a link to a free sample....j/k

weight watchers is also a flawed program lol, you can eat shit and you'll lose weight, but a majority of that weight will be muscle or water because your body catabolizes muscle before fat when in a caloric deficit

If you want to get lean, the only advice i can give you is DON'T lift weights too much. Lift once or twice a week or you might end up actually gaining a little bit of weight. Diet doesn't really matter a whole lot as long as you cut out fast food and carbonated beverages out of your diet.

Now, if your anything like me and hate running there is actually a better alternative out there. Simply get on a treadmill and speed walk on an incline. Your speed should be around 3.6-4.0 and the incline setting should be around 5.0, do this for 30-40 minutes.

I personally lift weights once a week and do speed walking on an incline 3 times a week and that keeps me at around 10% bf.

This is basically what i do to keep in shape. Your probably surprised why i didn't include carbs, fats, protein etc... but to be honest i follow one motto in life: "why complicate something that already works?".

Just lift weights once or twice a week, do your cardio 3 times a week, get fast foods out of your diet and you should slowly get back into shape.

you're 10% bf because you most likely have low bone density and low muscle mass, may seem contradictory to low bf but you are at 10% because you have no mass what-so-ever really.

If you want to actually stay cut and lean you WANT to lift weights. Lifting weights the right way will let you stay lean and also look good and not just "skinny"

Its been proven also that weight lifting burns more calories than cardio, this is due to Post-Op Burn. The more muscle you have the more calories your body needs, keep it at a slight caloric defict and you will see fat shed off and muscle stay. If you don't lift weights you will see both muscle and fat go. More muscle than fat will go btw....

I reccomed for beginning, 3 days of weight lifting with a rest between each and moderate cardio (light intervals or inclined treadmill)

You want to eat foods like...
    Oatmeal
    Whole grain breads
    Red & White meat
    Fish
    Egg whites NOT YOLKS
do not eat fruits other than the occasional bananna for the potassium
you want lowfat dairy, but not NOFAT!

Yeah there's this bike path in town and apparently it goes all over the place. I might take up bike riding for 3-4 hours/daily.

I used to have 6 pack abs/nice shoulders/actual nice looking muscles but DAMN YOU INTARWEBZ! I got into the making money online addiction and got lazy. I mean I'm still skinny but I'm starting to show a little gut.

Hmmm. I am on Nutrisystem. Two weeks, 10 lbs. I researched the food, some of it tastes pretty crappy. Everything I ordered was recommended and I have not found anything I hated. Plus, I rigged up my bike beside my computer and use the time on the bike to write articles with Dragon Naturally Speaking. Yeah, I know it's stupid, but it works

I actually started off really skinny about 4 years ago, decided to lift weights and somehow got up to 200 lbs at 5'11.

Right now i'm at 165 pounds at 5'11 so i'm in pretty decent shape right now. I'm just speaking out of experience, but with me if i lift weights more then once a week i actually gain fat for some reason so i just stick to the cardio and lift once a week to maintain my strength.

Everybodys body reacts differently, with me its a big no no to lift more then once a week since i start packing on fat. For all we know the OP might lose weight from lifting multiple times a week without even doing cardio, but he won't know for sure until he hits the gym :)

If you want to lose that flab, just cut out all the sugar and most of the carbs
out of your diet. Eat meat and all the vegies that you want. Stay away from
all carbonated drinks, diet or not. Drink water, coffee, and teas. You will drop
    the pounds in no time

as far as diet, just eat low fat foods...no junk food,no candy, no sodas, no chips...if you get hungry snack on fruit inbetween meals....as far as a rigorous routine that depends on your pain level threshold. I say do something that you will want to stick with that you dont mind doing. I've known some people who lift weights, do pushups, crunches, and pullups, play handball, and basketball all in the same day.

Just pick what you like to do...eat red meats 3 a week maximum if at all(I dont eat it myself).

I dont know your height or weight so I cant give you specifics, but, as long as you burn more calories then you intake you should see improvement.

P.S. One thing I used to do for starters is get a deck or 2 or 3 of cards and flip them and what ever number comes up i'd do (as long s the minimum number is 10 and if it is over oh well got to do it)pushups and crunches. make; ace, queens, kings, jokers, 10 or more. Once you go through one deck you have done over 350 pushups and crunches. You can also flip multiple cards to reach 20 or more each as the minimum if you want to speed things up. Only you know your strength.
