BHW Directory Issue

Hello, I am trying to add my site to the directory and I can't get the recip. working. What exactly am I supposed to link to?

I've tried these with and without the http://

www.blackhatworld.com/directory
www.blackhatworld.com/directory/index.php


Any help would be appreciated... As of now I have a link to you in my blog (the one in my sig) in the sidebar.
