to rank higher for a high competion keyword is it better to focus on getting only links from sites with big PR? is it better to have that or i can just get any king of backlinks!?

I'm planning on making a site, What type of site would bring me the most profit?

    • A site which sells Technical Stuff (Mobile phones accessories, Memory cards, Computer(s), Pendrives and etc.
    • A site which sells stationary items such as pens and maths sets calculators and more.
    • A site which sells Revision Equipment for GCSE
    • OR All the options above together?
Also, I need some help with webhosting and making a site and etc, Where could i find some help, I need to know about Google ads and other adverts that I could put on my site to earn money - How do they work and are they recommended?

    Here is my question:

I have a deluxe hosting account with Godaddy and I have a number of Wordpress blogs that are all hosted there on the same IP or whatever.

One of my sites is a "money site" and it is completely white hat and it is making me decent money each month (nothing huge mind you but a couple hundred).

Now I found this wonderful forum here at BHW and I want to try some stuff and experiment a bit. I want to buy some new domain names and set up some new sites and play around and see if I can make some cash.

I have a friend who is going to donate his Adsense account to the cause so I will not be risking anything that way.

Also, I will not be doing anything drastic and getting tons of pageviews or overloading the Godaddy server or anything like that. I just want to experiment a bit with some techniques that are questionable.

Now given all of that, is there any way that I am risking my money site? Obviously there will be no interlinking going on, seperate adsense accounts, and the only thing that will be the same is that I will own both domains and they will both be on the same shared hosting server with Godaddy.

But presumably, there are probably several thousand websites on that same shared hosting server, so I can't see how there is much risk involved with this.

So can you give me the green light to go ahead with this idea...to start a few new sites on my shared hosting account and try some black hat techniques on them?

I really appreciate any wisdom you can give me on this one, as I'm itching to try out some new stuff......

It depends on the person using it. If you use it cleverly, like if you just register on forums with it, the chances of your site getting banned are very less.

Also, a better technique to use is make 100 random websites linking to you main website and then spam the HELL out of them and see what happens! :)

To rank higher, it is BETTER to have backlinks from high PR websites as Google like backlinks from high PR websites. Also not only does the PR of the website linking to you matter, but also it should be of similar niche as of yours for better results.

Still if you can get backlinks from both, then there's nothing like it.

Also from "10 big PR backlinks than 1k of PR0 backlinks?"

I would choose 10 Big PR backlinks. (ie 5-9 PR)

    Hope that helps! :)

    Hello,

I was wondering what companies/affiliate managers see if you use a domain redirect.

For example: When someone types in or clicks on "www.yyy.com", it will go my affiliate link. Does that blank the refer? Or will it just say my traffic came from "www.yyy.com"?

    Thanks :)

You should go for Site 1 and Site 3.

    For Webhoting go for BlueHost
For Making a website go for Wordpress

To start with monetization, use Adsense, Clickbank and Commsion Junction.

You will have no problem to your money making site, unless you interlink adsense or just spam the hell out of other blogs you are going to experiment with. (ie If u will be using xrumer)

Sorry, I am not aware about this.

Your AM will see "www.yyy.com" as the referrer. This will NOT blank the referrer.

Thanks. I am grateful for that. Is this for all affiliate networks? It will never blank the referrer?

What are the odds of getting banned using this method? Also, do they know you are using a redirect?

This will NEVER blank the referrer. The odds of getting banned are very high. They will come to know about the redirect when they come on your site.

This is a good script to test your referrer

please help me clear something up...

when i'm doing an email/cl campaign for cpa ads, i want to use brad's cparedirect. i hear stuff about blanking the referrer but when the affiliate manager sees a bunch of blanks, that looks fishy. if i build fakesite.com/ but send traffic to fakesite.com/?mn=123 will that make me virtually ban proof as long as i have some fake traffic for page impressions?

How do I start out with IM? I am a noob and wants to know where to start out IM. I currently don't have alot of money but have plenty of time in my hand. Please help me out or give me suggestion. I am serious about this and don't want any sarcasm from rude people. To anyone who help me seriously will get some compensation from me when I start to make some money.

E-mail marketing question. You see, I've brought a large e-mail list and I will be promoting a product soon, main purpose is to get them to opt-in. An example e-mail I would send:

Title: Receipt for your payment to XXXX
Content: This email confirms that you have paid XXX $82.27 USD. Please login to your account by entering your name and e-mail address in the following link."

Question: 1) Will it be illegal to do that?
    2) Will the affiliate program be able to track my e-mail message or ban me?

    Many thanks :)

    1. Get WordPress

You'll want to check for the latest version. If you aren't using it, you're not up to date, and you're missing new features that can put your blog behind the pack.

Until now, the only way to check for new versions is manually. Then you have to install it manually, not to mention updating all the other blogs you already have.

    2. Upload it and create your mySQL database

Yep, manually. You have to FTP the files. Then you have to log into CPanel and do the database dance, and hope it goes well.

    3. Find, get and upload the WordPress "extras" you need

You'll want all the great plugins that are available, and you'll want a great theme. If you don't have them already, you'll have to go get them.

    4. Install and configure WordPress

This is where time really disappears down the drain.

You have to edit the WordPress config file to point to your database, actually install WordPress, activate all the features you want...the list never seems to end.

It is as simple as that :D

I guess you will be getting paid by the advertiser on per optin basis.

    1. Yes, it will be illegal. Why? Because the message which you have sent is totally wrong...

    2. Yes and No. Both. Yes, if you doesnt hide the referrer or if the person who opted contacts the advertiser. And No in the other case.

    Regards
