I just encountered this problem with a client, and I know this happens to many sellers but its too normal for this to happen. I'm not going to name the client but I can't stand stuff like this.

If you ordered from a seller, and you didn't like your experience. Tell him. Don't EVER bad mouth him/her, staff, and issue threats. THAT IS VERY LOW. As a client, just get your refund and leave. Write a bad review if you want to but NEVER issue threats or remarks to a seller.

The customer is right, but you DON'T treat sellers with disrespect JUST cause you're a customer.

Mods delete this thread if you want but I just want to say this to the BHW general population that uses the marketplace. And the type of standards they should already meet.

Many take words little than what they should value it for. As long as there are sellers, such issues must arise. Glad you pointed it out.

If I am unhappy with an order, I will go back and ask for it sorting / redoing.

If the seller does this and the job is to my satisfaction then all is good.
If the job's still shabby, I will ask again that it is redone. At this point I will decide that I won't be placing any more orders.

If the third time of asking the job is still incomplete, I will ask for a full refund and if need be, do a chargeback.
I'd expect the seller to hold their hands up and refund me, so we both walk away.

Resorting to name calling etc isn't professional at all, although I guess frustration at times may push people to this. if you're running to a deadline and a supplier lets you badly down etc, it's all hassle you don't need.

Thank you for this, seeing how many could get away with such bad habits I could understand the rants people publish. This isn't a Kanye concert, go rant somewhere else peeps :)

some people love a good keyboard bashing to make themselves look like either a vigilante or hero these days, most of the time without a cause.

    Everyone likes a drama

Although that`s the right thing to do, many things, when broken will remain damaged forever, like penalties and sandboxes. Although I do agree with you that you should remain calm, if someone permanently damaged your website offering a lot worse services than advertised then you're sometimes right to be angry
