Seems like the issue is only with 1 ISP: PTCL. Hope the other ISP's wont block the BHW.

Unfortunately Pakistan has a history of banning sites, sometimes for a short period, without reason for an external reference please see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Internet_censorship_in_Pakistan
