Can I see If I am banned as I see for others? Are banned people kicked out forever or?

yes, you would receive an alert if you were banned, you would see your profile name in the same format that you see any other banned member.

we have a tiered warning system so that you get fair chance before you are banned but if you repeatedly break the rules then yes, the ban would be permanent.
