I'm relatively new to BHW and I always like to give a disclaimer before I ask any dumb questions, so "forgive me for my ignorance".

I purchased many services from BHW Marketplace and 90% of the time, I have no problems. Recently, I ran into an issue with one service and decided to ask for a refund. I posted the request on one of the seller's threads and immediately after, a "super testimonial" was posted. You know, one of those testimonials that swear the seller is an SEO GOD and whatnot.

I found that very weird. Days later after my post was deleted (I don't know how and why), I post on the thread again requesting a refund and minutes later another "super testimonial" is placed by a newbie.

This brings me to the question, are sellers buying fake BHW accounts somewhere and using them to "police" and "neutralize" their sales threads from bad publicity?

If you've issues, then open a ShitList thread and report those issues with proofs. As you're not being refunded and if your reasons are valid, then that's the place to get justice.

You bought all these services in the 2 weeks since you joined BHW?

And also, why did you choose the name UserBanned?

I'm been on here much longer than 2 weeks but I never started an account. You don't need one to place orders.

And the name is just something I came up with...

Obviously he has returned to get even with someone who must have cheated him in his past life on BHW! Unless he is banned again for duplicate account, if at all, he should talk his mind out.

If he says he had no previous account and did business without the account, then how did he posted (which was subsequently deleted) on the seller's thread? Hmm... something is fishy here. :)

OP, come clean on this first...

without accusing anybody with anything, BHW accs are on sale since a long ago on different places, why wouldn't they be when BHW is one of the biggest IM forum?! that's a known fact, multiple threads dealt with this already and you can't really do anything against it unfortunately, unless somebody is stupid enough to use multiple accs on the same ip or there's some other factor which would link the accs together

but if it's a newbie acc what you're talking about, it isn't necessarily a bought acc

try pming one of the marketplace mods with your issue, when you'll be able to send a pm

i guess OP got his old acc banned in the process, ban evading is a bannable offense though, but maybe he will get a second chance or not :)

edit: OP says there's no need to be registered to order a service, which is true, so maybe he's not lying and it's his only acc

I always wanted to sell my account to some noob who would quickly find out that the mods hate me and the account is on its last leg when they try to open a BST listing and the mods say "fuck no."

lol yeah, that was a lame troll attempt. But you do see some people fall for that troll and get their accounts banned 3 seconds later.

IF this is not your second account. Why are you stating you did an order two months ago and never received your report. Your join date is 4/2015...

    Hello,

I don't have 15 posts yet so I can't PM. I placed an order about 2 months ago and I never received a report. My order was placed on Feb 3 and the transaction id is 7VR49835LS5540004

I bought a package here in January and simply clicked on the thread design. I was forwarded to a "Wufoo" form that asked for a BHW Username or Full name. I was never required to register an account.

Months later after spending $500 + on the service, I wanted a refund and decided to post the request on the sellers thread.

Didn't you post on a different thread than the one in which you bought the service though?

I deleted your post this morning because the OP said that the matter was settled
and he had refunded you. If you want me to undelete those posts, I will.

Personally, I think you are a pain in the ass and you are instigating a lot of
unnecessary drama. I can't say that I look forward to dealing with you in
    the future.

I think the service he actually bought from is now "closed".. Seems to be a trend round here when people start crying shut up shop and open a new thread few months later, not my place to judge though. I think that's the OPs issue he can't post on the original thread and he can't PM thus posted where he could.

    WizGizmo,

That was before the fact. I just now received the refund after my post were deleted and this thread was started.

Is it not a buyer's duty to bring up concerns? Did I know you deleted the post because the OP told you it would be refunded? I wasn't even notified of this till after I started the thread.

    Thanks Anyways.

You don't have enough posts to be able to send/receive PM's,
so how could you be contacted?

    WizGizmo,

Then, how did the seller tell me that he couldn't refund anything and that i had to speak with his partner? How did he tell me that any more post on his thread would be deleted anyway?

Short answer is YES, you can receive PMs and thus I could have been notified by you that my post were being deleted.
