Well, It depends on your offers maybe, but you can use BHCB with iFrames ;)

If your offer is a simple email submit and pays $1.5 per lead, it's a good offer. But what if it's an offer about dipers? Then you iFrame it over something else (Win A Free iPod Touch) and you get a decent looking offer with good PPL.

At least if I understand you correctly.

It depends on your type of traffic. If you don't want people to know they're signing up for anything, choose iFrame, otherwise BHCB. Obviously the iFrame traffic will convert pretty bad for the advertiser if the traffic isn't related to the offer at all, you will get booted pretty fast (understandably). So figure out what your traffic would sign up for if they were presented with a WH site, if you get this right your leads will convert and advertisers/network will be happy. If you want to be on the completely safe side, choose incent offers. Then no network can ever bitch at you (unless you're generating traffic in a non legitimate way, read the TOS).

sorry guys wrote that really late last night let me clarify a bit. i mean should you send your traffic to a page that looks like your website with some "help us fight spam blah blah blah enter your email below" text and the iframed submit below it or should you send them to the normal offer page. i was wondering if the former raises red flags to the user. thanks again and for the response so far.
