Recently, I have stumbled into aitext.ai software and I've been thinking about possible BH uses with a programmatic use of their API.
The thing is that if you use any Stable Diffusion/Midjourney API for generating your automatic site images, you could simply use the description you applied in the generation for the alt, which will be technically perfect as a description
And if you get them from a public stock image site, they might probably have a description in 99% of the time
So I can't think on a single use for this software, which is pretty interesting (despite it has failed to recognize the image a good amount of times for me which makes it even weaker).
From what I read in the comments for this software, people simply don't set alt-text on their images out of laziness so this is a simple way for them to cover this issue (like for those that could not care less on optimizing images and used Shortpixel for this purpose)
This is not my case, either if I upload images manually or if I set them automatically, I always build something in the script to set such alt texts. And I would leave an AI to go crazy trying to sort all the descriptions for my site at random.
But still I think there could be some niche case probably BH-ish, where this could be useful.
