    Hi All,

    I've requested a black hat member to carry out a some services for me. He was paid upfront however he never delivered and will not answer any of my messages either on Skype or BHW.

    I have all our conversations documented including links to the fb group which he was to carry out work, adding 30k members (only 1k members on the group at the moment)

    I have made a compliant to paypal and I am awaiting response back.

    If he does not reply to paypal, what will happen?

    Man, if you don't want advice and want to do what you want, then why did you open a thread.

    BTW, call the bank and say that was unauthorized payment, no one will do business with you, at least not me. You know why? You can pay me and if think it was easy last time to convenience your bank, you will do it again.

    If you want start a shit list and name the member there, it'll help others as well, if you just keep saying what ever you want even after getting advice, we can't do anything, do as you wish.

    Trust me. I've been dealing with Paypal a LONG time now. The second they find out you bought a VIRTUAL/NON TANGIBLE service, you're screwed. These are a few ways you might get your money back;

    - asking for a refund (which is probably impossible for you just now anyway)

    - contacting the bank and explaining the situation.. usually if the bank reverses your payment, Paypal will not be able to stop it so you should get your money back.. but most banks I know will not do this unless it was a credit card

    - lying to Paypal that you purchased a tangible service.. although I don't see this working out for you

    Open a Shit List. At least make it aware to others about what happened.

    Whatever you do, don't tell Paypal you bought a service for "Facebook fans" or whatever you bought. That will just solidify their reason to favour the seller.

    Where exactly did I say I didn't want your advice?

    And for a start I paid him in good faith, I'm going to do whatever I can to get my money back. Do you think I'm going to let him ride off with my money without a fight.
