Easiest way is this,
Take a megavideo embed link (I assume you know what this is), Where the Swf or flash filename is in the megavideo embed, remove that, and input your filename for your swf file (Or youku filename or whatever it may be), and it will work.
This is a bad way of doing it, but basically you need to create the object with the transparent parameter. Its been a long time since i did this, but just using megavideo embed parameters work.

If you really want to show them a video. Put only a screenshot image and open the video in a new window when they click it.

My videos work, but I actually want the person to see a little bit of the video, so I have specifically placed the video player to appear in such a position that the user can actually play the first video.
Unfortunately for them, they can generally see just enough to become convinced they want to see more of the content on my site. Good strategy I think.
