There are tools out there, but the tool itself isn’t really the hard part. The important part is how you handle traffic quality, tracking, and the landing-page setup. If the goal is longevity, I’d focus on keeping the whole funnel consistent rather than relying on cloaking alone, otherwise TikTok usually catches up sooner or later.
