I think that guy stopped supporting his software ages ago. I originally bought trackback submitter & one of his other products (forgot) and he no longer responds to e-mail.
Why is your software not working anyway? Maybe we can get you fixed up.
Are you using 2.0?
I dunno, but I gotta say this is absolutely not my experience. I have all the Adsenseboy tools and regularly visit the Adsenseboy forum. He's answered all my questions, and the latest update to one of the tools happened mere days ago.
If you're looking for support, go there first - I can't think of one person on that forum who hasn't been helped by Adsenseboy pretty quickly with any technical problems.
Just wanted to provide a more balanced view of this.....
Geez, well I wish you the best of luck with this Turnshoe! It's good to see you're not rolling over on this one.
I guess I need to check on the performance of the tools I'm using more often than I do!
I'm going to call him on this on his forum and see if I get a response. Will let you know what happens.
Just out of curiosity - what is your opinion of the rest of the tools? I find Social Bookmark Submitter and Blog Comment Poster to be pretty good, although BCP comments do get rejected quite regularly....
The best use of his stuff by far is to install Adsense Money Maker on the "back end" of your domain, with your main landing page on top - seems to drive good organic search traffic.....

Haha, now he has deleted the support-ticket that I wanted to show Plimus (his reseller) to show them his acting:
"Fatal error: ERROR: You do not have access to this ticket. in /home/adsense/public_html/support/modules/tickets/client_tickets.php on line 120"
Gladly I already thought that this would happen, so I of course have a copy that I will provide to Plimus now
Just an update of a first success after informing his hoster that they are hosting a SCAMER/SPAMER: http://www.adsenseboy.com/ , http://www.post-comments.com/ , http://www.commentposter.com/ have been taken down already!
After emailing Plimus on EVERY email address I have found on plimus.com I just received this:
We hereby confirm the refund for Trackback Submitter - Full Version to you on 08/27/2008.
Please see the statement below for further details.
IMPORTANT: We have already sent this credit to your credit card, however, some banks may take up to 5 business days to post it in your account. If you do not see this credit immediately and 5 days have not past, please contact your credit card company, they will be able to confirm the credit."
Seems like my heavy "promotion" of his various SCAMs that are easily found with Google to his webhosts/payment processor/internet provider has helped convincing Plimus in refunding this before it gets worse for them! I am also in the hope that they will stop doing business with him regarding the many SCAMs he did to other people as well. And that his other payment processor whom I informed about this as well (2CO) and who already emailed me back that they sent this to the risk-department already as well as the webhosts for his other products will discontinue working with him like the company that hosted adsenseboy.com already did.
Only this way we can prevent further SCAMs from him for other people.

You know, I have learned that online, you win some and lose some. I accept the fact that I will make some purchases that I later regret, that's life.
But I can honestly say that if I could have just 5 minutes in a room alone with Adsenseboy, I would try my best to bring harm to his body.
I have tried to get help with his bookmark poster...on his support forums...and all I get are vague, stupid responses from other 'raving customers' that I am convinced are either his friends, or him. I mean stupid, completely useless answers that always seem to blame the user and not the coder; which to be fair is the case a lot of times...but not all the time.
His software sounds great, but he rarely updates the stuff and when you do try to get a refund, he suddenly appears just full of advice. Beware guys, if you try his stuff and are not happy...get your refund ASAP and don't buy into his "a new update coming next week will fix your problem". Its BS, he's stalling long enough for your guarantee to run out.
Just 5 minutes...I don't need long.
