I have been an iautoblog user for over 3 months, but I wanted to make this post to alert the community about the issues they are presenting since they were bought.

Everyday I am experiencing more and more issues with the system. Some of the tickets I have opened more that 2 weeks ago still remain unsolved, when I know the issue only would take a couple of minutes of programming to fix it.

They did gave me 3 weeks free because of the issues, which I appreciate, but we are all trying to run a business here and we need efficient tools to do so.

I will keep you posted in any progress in the matter. I think the whole idea behind iautoblog is very good, but the implementation is being very deficient.

So, are you saying they were SOLD? And as it stands the new {owner is|owners are} having issues? Hopefully, they get things sorted out, as I was watching the service/sales thread and was on the fence about considering jumping in.

Thanks for the info. I tried the free version and was planning to upgrade to the next level but thanks God they were having issues with PayPal so I failed in the payment part.

    Yes, that's the case.

Like I said, the concept is really good but...

I do hope the fix their internal issues but as it is right now, I would not recommend anyone to use the service until they figure those things out.

I will keep you posted on any progress they make.

I tried this service, I wish it worked, but it just didn't.

1- There was no content for my niche. The system kept bringing me un-related content, I found it was spidering the adsense ads on the page and the ONLY related keyword would be from the adsense unit! So that's as close as they could come to getting me content.

2- The site was always slow at best or at worst totally unavailable from the hours of 5pm-10pm PST. Too many users? Not enough servers? Who cares. If I pay for a system and you can't make it available to me when I want to use it, you won't have a customer for long.

3- Every email account I tried to use in the thing got frozen or banned/terminated, whatever that means.
The idea of posting from you own email makes sense, but I kept getting messages about "looks like you've been sending spam". One account was just closed, never to login again.
It made me wonder about the way that the system was executing the email on their end and why my account was all of a sudden getting flagged with a "spam" warning.
This happened after a single post, not 1000. I never got that far as to "spam" anything in any quantity.

There were other things about the system that didn't make sense, but that seemed more like personal preference complaints, not really service related issues.
Again, I wanted this to work, it just didn't work for me and if it's killing it for you- good! My problems might have just been my own. Your expectations may be different.
I went to work on my own dripfeed method, spinning the content myself.
"Slower", but takes less time than fussing with the above.
`my two cents...if it's working for you I'd be glad to hear about it too.

I'm the previous owner of iAutoblog. let me try and clear things out a bit.

As mentioned on the thread we sold off the service on 7th of Nov and since then we had been proving support for the time being on behalf of the new owner. The support period was suppose to end on 7th of Dec but we kept providing support till 15th dec just to keep things going.

You can contact the new owner directly at: admin@iautoblog.com .. His name is omar.

I've sent him a couple of emails regarding this issue and I'm yet to hear about this. He has not been replying from the last 3 days. I'll post an update as soon as I hear from him. I dont control anything including hosting, domain, support, payments etc. So there is not much I can do quite frankly.

I'm really sorry for all the issues caused in this transition. I'll try and push the new owner to get this sorted on priority basis!

It sounds like Omar probably bit off more than he can chew? At any rate, thanks for the update ronywilliam. Hopefully the new owner can pull it together.

I want to disable my suscription and I can not find where.

I think that practice is not ethical one. If I can not I be obligated to cancel my credit card.

    Poor service!!!

Rony has been very well intentioned and the time he was in front of iautoblog things ran smooth and any issue was taken care of promptly, but that's not the case anymore.

Just to give an idea, the Spanish posting has not been working for over two weeks even though I submitted the ticket a while ago. Iautoblog promotes 43 languages...Not sure about the other 42, but definitively not in Spanish anymore.

The spintax sometimes doesn't work. So it publishes your spun urls, text as is. I submitted a ticket over 3 days ago, guess what... No response what so ever.

Livejornal is not publishing either using your SMTP or their on emailer. I submitted a ticket a couple of days ago...guess what...no response

    and so on...
