Seems like CB is getting harder now in all the aspects. In the past they never banned accounts unless you were doing mail spam. I believe they are shooting themselves in the foot.
A few months ago I left CB after being working hard with them for many years. The other day I checked some products on CBengine just for curiosity. Most of 90% of the gravitys are dropping constantly, what means many affiliates are jumping out of the boat. No new good products to promote, vendors blacklisting affiliates for soft reasons (they should never forget they are selling PDF scams ) and bad reputation among internet buyers are damaging the whole CB network.
I know there are still people banking hard with Clickbank, but now you need very high quality traffic behind to build a stable and permanent income. The days to make big on CB with a few articles or youtube videos are gone.
