    hi all..
kinda noobie questions...but im trying to build some backlinks for a pharma site i started and was wondering if its better to put the link/reference in the signature section of a forum or the body?

does one get 'weighed' more than another? all things being equal..

Just have a look at the TOS (Rules, etc., whatever) of that specific forum. Most of these forums don´t even permit links in the body (due to spam). Other forums allow links, but only links that are really relevant to your thread, so you will most likely get banned if you don´t obey their rules... :D

Therefore, in a lot of forums are only 2-3 links in your signature allowed, which (in my opinion) make no big difference to links in a thread...

Make sure to also add a link in your profile page, and create a lot of link juice by posting threads/post replys with your signature.

I agree with Blackheader. Your profile page is the most important. That will give you the backlink you need.

But, a trick I like to use is... put your signature as an answer to somebody's post and then say "check my signature for the answer". in the body
