Hey Guys,

Those who know me, know that I am all about sharing. I have always been sharing methods and scripts on Skype groups or via PM or even via email to clients.

I love challenges and crafting creative solutions for them. Why not though? I was a programmer in a previous life and problem solving is in the blood.

I was always referencing stuff such as "Oh! Remember this I shared the other day - yeah you can use that or do x" and before long it became a chore for people to find what I was talking about. Or sometimes, I would've answered a question in-depth on one group, and would end up referencing it in another.

This was when - a few friends/colleagues of the digital realm urged me to start my own Newsletter.

An so, in 2018, I got an account at Mailchimp and launched a small private newsletter for them. It was only 34 people on the day when I launched - I didn't even have a landing page, I was using the default sign up form that came with Mailchimp.

5 years, and 244 emails later, I sit with 2746 subscribers - with an outstanding open rate, a very loyal subscriber base and have had 800+ feedback tickets that I have catered to.

It's time for the next iteration - now!

What is the next iteration?

I am sitting here overhauling everything, moving away from Mailchimp to a more personalised, self-hosted solution.

While I have the best subscribers in the world, a few things I have noticed is that a few subscribers take information from my emails and then post threads on various webmaster forums after a bit of rehashing.

I also, need to justify the time I spend in sharing everything.

And as such, will be moving to a paid subscription model for the newsletter.

I ran a survey last week on my subscribers, and a whopping 81% responded with 79% of them saying they'd be ready to pay for the subscription.

What's the price? When do you launch?

After a lot of deliberation, I have decided on $25 a year and $99 for a lifetime (minimum uptime guarantee of 5 years - meaning the newsletter will be active for at least 5 years or you'll be refunded on a pro-rated basis.)

I am currently overhauling everything - got the new mailing system in place - working on Stripe Integration.

I don't send generic curated stuff - my emails are not made for marketing

My emails are real conversations I have with people. Think of an over-enthusiastic friend, sending you an email every week that says "Bro/Sis - Did you check this out?"

My Credentials

I am a marketer and a developer with over a decade of experience - as a website builder, as a service provider and as a service buyer.

I have one of the longest standing journeys on AI Website Building, I also have one of the longest running AMA Threads on AI and PAA

I am the guy that wrote the Bulk Keyword Deduplication Script that has many users on this forum use regularly. I also dropped a Keyword Clustering Script that uses Topic Modeling earlier today.

Occasionally, I'll drop scripts like this - Bulk Delete Non-Performing Pages from WordPress

I'll continue to share everything I know on the forum - that part's not going to change at all. This newsletter is just a more exclusive version of what I do and what I know and have access to.

What do you need from me? How will this work?

Sometimes in the next 2 weeks, I'll ping you with my newsletters. No Information (such as your emails) will be collected.

Since, as part of a review, I cannot ask for any identifying information - I'll be using the BHW DMs to send you the web version of the emails for a week.

You will get access to 7 emails.

Now, my usual emails are not this frequent. I happen to send one on Monday mornings.

You will grade every email on a few factors (how helpful it was, how to make it better, how much of a value-add you found it, feedback on topic you wanted, feedback on style of communication etc.)

You will also help me understand if the information shared justifies the price point.

When we launch, each reviewer will get free access for 3 months.

I am looking for 50 reviewers in this round.

I'd prefer working with seasoned marketers and even new marketers who are part of the community and passionate about marketing

I'd like members with over 300 quality posts on the forum only.

Interested, count me in.

This actually something no one can control. If it is a copy-paste we may try to protect but rehashing and curating content become pretty common and even the big publishers aren't bothering much at this point, as it become way much easier to gather and rehash content.

Guys, please remember the 300 post requirement. I'd like to be a little rigid on that front.

That's not a problem for me. It's just that I spend a lot of time learning stuff and carefully curating things - beyond a point it kind of gets on your nerve.

And all my subscribers have been word-of-mouth - so again that's not a big deal.

I figured some users, have no "skin in the game".

I have seen very exclusive finds posted hours after I sent out the mailer. I have seen them on Twitter, on reddit, here on BHW and even on paid forums.

I am not looking to "go after someone" - information deserves to flow freely. Except for when it's something I have created lol.

Thanks for your interest bud!

Interested, always read good newsletter.
