Best wordpress themes to maximize CTR ?

I am constanly looking for themes that produce the highest CTR.
Usually I get a good CTR with themes that are plain.

Currently the best preforming theme for me is devart.
I use a php code to place an ad right below the first paragraph of a post. (336x280 floating right, next to content)

From what I have heard, Prosense is one such template.
