I always advise for those starting out:

HostGator for hosting and namecheap.com for cheap domains and free whoisprivacy. SSL certificates are normally put on websites selling stuff, basically tells people you are trusted. If you need one, namecheap gives a free one with each domain purchase as well.

you can host it anywhere. I seemed to have read free whois privacy is not available at name.com anymore. You might have to read on their website.

Yeah, Whoisguard on Namecheap is free for "limited time" at the moment.

But then again, how useful it is if the company will give out your real details if asked by the forces?

Every registrar will give out your details if given a warrant.

That's ok but I don't want any xyz to know my details and all my sites.
Also i found a coupon for $8.8 domain is there any cheaper than this.
One more thing is if my hosting gets suspended i can go get another hosing right? I don't loose the domain right, and also i think they request info maybe when DMCA complaint is filed,in that case do i loose the domain or just hosting is suspended? Thanks Guys!

for domains, internet.bs is an alternative, low price and free whois privacy. You can use google to host your domain email.

I've always used hostgator for hosting because their interface is easy and they're cheap. As far as domain name purchases I've always used godaddy. I just look for a coupon for godaddy first. I'm wondering now if I should check out name.com though.

here's a coupon for Name.com domains $8.15 - .com, .net, there's also coupon for free whois privacy
    http://www.domainpromocodes.com/promo-codes/name-com/

your hosting is different from your domain registrar so if you get suspended just move to another host, your domain is still yours

Quality hosting for $1.99 a month is available. name.com is good and so is namecheap.
