Best ways to find long-tail keywords

What do you consider the best ways to find long-tail keywords that get a good amount of searches on Google and have low-competition? Thanks.

I use Adwords free keyword tool. Google it

I generate good longttail keywods by looking
at article headline in ezinearticles, etc...

Those title are usually made to pull traffic
from search engine... scroll down the articles
and see the traffic it generated and divide
the number of months, then you will get a
rough estimate of monthly traffic from that
keyword.

If you need to pull buyers market, just add
words such as discount, comparing, review,
coupon, cost, etc, etc.
