It is amazing to drive traffic from blog to Facebook.
quality contents, facebook ads, group post...But from blog to facebook? I only think of share button and linking !?
As many likes you get, you draw the attention of the public. Plus I think the theme, idea and design matters a lot in grabing the attention. The more you can offer to the audience, the more they will be attracted towards your material, be it a blog or a facebook page. Try to keep both up to date.
If you want to get your blog readers to be your Facebook Fans, the best thing to do is to use a modal popup with the page embedded asking people to like your blog on Facebook. But this will not bring you that much value. Instead of building a Facebook Page with a lot of fans that you will not be able to reach easiliy, you should collect e-mail addresses and build a mailing list. You will be able to reach more of your fans that way, so it's a more valuable thing to have.
In order to send traffic from Facebook to your blog, share your posts on Facebook - that's it.
Facebook is just one of the many ways to get some traffic to your site. Many marketers believe that it is just a matter of time for the traffic from Facebook, Twitter, and the other major social networking sites to surpass the traffic their sites get from Google.
